If you're a manager of building, you should think that a death costs you more than 300,000 euros and a disability much more. You'll have the play closed for a week. If you don't end up in jail for negligence

• If you are a construction worker, a loss of health or one's life is priceless.
•  If you are a safety manager, you should know the right jobs and means and alternatives so as not to slow down the work of the rest without taking risks. Empathizing with other workers is very laborious but you will get the authority you need.  

I have held all these positions, and I know that in order to reach the best results you have to know the job of the safety manager. I have found in the CFGS online course the possibility to continue doing everything while learn it. SIGUEME

      Do you think that ok?

• if the planing is delayed the cost goes up
• if the quality would reduce the costs could lower
• if the lack of security causes a serious incident the work is paralyzed
• if as a manager I let the work be delayed, or paralyzed by security incidents, or the budget is increased ... you're fired
