SAFETY MANAGER ISN´T ADVERSARIAL

When you have once thought that the security manager is the adversary, any of you have lost your guidance

If you're a manager of building, you should think that a death costs you more than 300,000 euros and a disability much more. You'll have the play closed for a week. If you don't end up in jail for negligence

• If you are a construction worker, a loss of health or one's life is priceless.
•  If you are a safety manager, you should know the right jobs and means and alternatives so as not to slow down the work of the rest without taking risks. Empathizing with other workers is very laborious but you will get the authority you need.
