What priorities are in this order?

1.      Cost
2.        Planning
3.        Quality
4.        Safety        

      Do you think that ok?

• if the planing is delayed the cost goes up
• if the quality would reduce the costs could lower
• if the lack of security causes a serious incident the work is paralyzed
• if as a manager I let the work be delayed, or paralyzed by security incidents, or the budget is increased ... you're fired
